\u5f88\u958b\u5fc3\u53ef\u4ee5\u548c\u5927\u5bb6\u5206\u4eab\u6211\u7684\u5be6\u7fd2\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5c0b\u627e\u5be6\u7fd2\u7684\u52d5\u6a5f\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u9304\u53d6IHRD\u5f8c\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u8ddd\u7562\u696d\u548c\u958b\u5b78\u9084\u6709\u4e00\u6bb5\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5927\u5b78\u671f\u9593\u6c92\u6709\u8207\u4eba\u8cc7\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5be6\u52d9\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6c7a\u5b9a\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u5c0b\u627e\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u7fd2\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u5f88\u5e78\u904b\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u7562\u696d\u524d\u6536\u5230\u767e\u9748\u4f73\u6bb7\u683c\u7ff0\u7684\u9304\u53d6\u4fe1\uff0c\u6545\u65bc7\u6708\u958b\u59cb\u4e86\u6211\u70ba\u671f\u534a\u5e74\u7684\u5be6\u7fd2\u65c5\u7a0b\uff01<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u516c\u53f8\u4ecb\u7d39\u8207\u6211\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u767e\u9748\u4f73\u6bb7\u683c\u7ff0\u70ba\u4f86\u81ea\u5fb7\u570b\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\u88fd\u85e5\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5168\u7403\u524d20\u5927\u85e5\u5ee0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u662f\u5916\u5546\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u5de5\u4f5c\u6c23\u6c1b\u5341\u5206\u53cb\u5584\u53ca\u958b\u653e\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5b9a\u671f\u6703\u8209\u8fa6\u6176\u795d\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u4e5f\u7d50\u4ea4\u4e86\u4e00\u540c\u5728\u516c\u53f8\u5be6\u7fd2\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u5011\uff0c\u77ed\u77ed6\u500b\u6708\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u4e0d\u4f46\u5145\u5be6\u4e14\u610f\u7fa9\u6df1\u539a\uff01<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u52a0\u5165\u7684\u662f\u516c\u53f8\u6bcf\u5e74\u5ea6\u8209\u8fa6\u7684\u5be6\u7fd2\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u5c08\u6848\u70ba\u5354\u52a9HR\u65b0\u5e74\u5ea6\u7684\u6821\u5712\u5fb5\u624d\uff0c\u4e5f\u652f\u63f4\u4e86\u8207\u6559\u80b2\u8a13\u7df4\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u884c\u653f\u3001\u898f\u5283\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6211\u5b78\u5230\u4e86\u751a\u9ebc\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u8aaa\uff0c\u5728\u6821\u5712\u4e2d\u5b78\u7fd2\u5230\u7684\u662f\u6982\u5ff5\u5316\uff0c\u8207\u69cb\u7bc9\u5728\u7406\u8ad6\u4e0a\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u6211\u5728\u8077\u5834\u4e2d\u6240\u9ad4\u6703\u7684\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u5b78\u7fd2\u5982\u4f55\u8207\u5167\u90e8\u4e3b\u7ba1\u3001\u5916\u90e8\u5ee0\u5546\u6e9d\u901a\uff0c\u4e26\u627e\u51fa\u751a\u9ebc\u662f\u5c0d\u516c\u53f8\u53ca\u54e1\u5de5\u300c\u6700\u597d\u300d\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u8fa6\u6cd5\u3002\u4e5f\u56e0\u70ba\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u5916\u9084\u9808\u517c\u9867\u8ab2\u696d\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u8981\u6709\u6548\u505a\u597d\u6642\u9593\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u627e\u51fa\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8207\u5b78\u7fd2\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e5f\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\uff01<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u76f8\u4fe1\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u4e26\u76e1\u529b\u505a\u5230\u6700\u597d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\u6211\u4e5f\u6642\u5e38\u7d93\u6b77\u632b\u6298\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4e5f\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u5931\u6557\u7d93\u9a57\u4e2d\u9ad4\u6703\u5230\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u6210\u529f\u662f\u5728\u4e0d\u65b7\u8dcc\u5012\u53c8\u722c\u8d77\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9032\u6b65\u800c\u4f86\u7684\uff01\u6240\u4ee5\u671f\u76fc\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u4e0d\u8981\u4f4e\u4f30\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6f5b\u80fd\uff0c\u4e26\u80fd\u627e\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u5922\u5bd0\u4ee5\u6c42\u7684\u5be6\u7fd2\u5de5\u4f5c\uff01<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure
