I had to quickly familiarize myself with the complex and diverse payroll and social security regulations of several countries within a short timeframe (one month before the incumbent&#8217;s maternity leave), despite having no prior experience in payroll. This experience provided invaluable practical exposure to C&amp;B, enhancing my understanding of this critical HR function.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph
