<\/p>\n\u81fa\u5e2b\u5927\u570b\u969b\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u767c\u5c55\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u9023\u540c\u570b\u969b\u8207\u793e\u6703\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\uff0c\u65bc10\u670822\u300123\u65e5\u4e3b\u8fa6\u300c\u7b2c\u5341\u4e5d\u5c46\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u767c\u5c55\u570b\u969b\u7814\u8a0e\u6703(2021 International Conference on Human Resource Development)\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u4e3b\u984c\u5b9a\u70ba\u300c\u570b\u5bb6\u8a9e\u8a00\u653f\u7b56\u5c0d\u4eba\u624d\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u8207\u56e0\u61c9(Human Resource Development in the Era of Multilingualism: Implications of Language Policies on Training and Development Practices) \u300d\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u4fc3\u9032\u570b\u5167\u5916\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u76f8\u95dc\u8b70\u984c\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u66f4\u7a4d\u6975\u97ff\u61c9\u570b\u5bb6\u96d9\u8a9e\u653f\u7b56\u4e4b\u611f\u53ec\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u6d77\u5167\u5916\u5c08\u5bb6\u5b78\u8005\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u5b78\u8853\u8207\u5be6\u52d9\u9818\u57df\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u767c\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n
\u81fa\u5e2b\u5927\u4eca\u5e749\u6708\u521d\u69ae\u7372\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u8a8d\u53ef\uff0c\u6838\u5b9a\u70ba\u5927\u5c08\u9662\u6821\u5b78\u751f\u96d9\u8a9e\u5316\u5b78\u7fd2\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u56db\u6240\u300c\u91cd\u9ede\u57f9\u80b2\u5b78\u6821\u300d\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u570b\u969b\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u767c\u5c55\u7814\u7a76\u6240(Graduate Institute of International Human Resource Development)\u70ba\u5168\u570b\u7b2c\u4e00\u6240\u63a1\u7528\u5168\u82f1\u8a9e\u6388\u8ab2\u4e26\u540c\u6642\u62db\u6536\u672c\u570b\u7c4d\u8207\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u7cfb\u6240\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u4f7f\u5f97\u672c\u6240\u6210\u70ba\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u63a8\u52d5\u5168\u82f1\u8a9eEMI\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e4b\u5148\u9a45\uff0c\u66f4\u6210\u70ba\u81fa\u3001\u5916\u7c4d\u751f\u540c\u7a97\u5171\u786f\u4e4b\u6a19\u7aff\u3002<\/p>\n
