\u4eca\u5e74\uff0c\u5728\u81fa\u5e2b\u5927\u8fce\u63a5\u767e\u5e74\u6821\u6176\u4e4b\u969b\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u767c\u5c55\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u4e5f\u6176\u795d\u5275\u624020\u5e74\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc10\u670822\u65e5\u8209\u8fa6\u300c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5341\u5c46\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u767c\u5c55\u570b\u969b\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u66a8\u6821\u53cb\u5206\u4eab\u6703\uff082022 International Conference on Human Resource Development & Alumni Reunion\uff09\u300d\u3002\u570b\u969b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6240\u662f\u65bc2002\u5e74\u8a2d\u7f6e\u7c4c\u5099\u8655\uff0c\u65bc2003\u5e74\u6b63\u5f0f\u6210\u7acb\u3002\u572820\u5e74\u524d\u5373\u4ee5\u5168\u82f1\u8a9e\u6559\u5b78\uff0c\u62db\u6536\u4f86\u81ea\u53f0\u7063\u8207\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f86\u81ea\u5404\u5730\u7684\u6821\u53cb\u56de\u5230\u6bcd\u6821\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u70ba\u570b\u969b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6240\u6176\u751f\u3002\u800c\u8eab\u5728\u570b\u5916\u7684\u6821\u53cb\uff0c\u4e5f\u4ee5\u5f71\u7247\u5e36\u4f86\u611f\u8b1d\u8207\u795d\u798f\u3002\u6821\u53cb\u5011\u4e5f\u5728\u4e0b\u5348\u91dd\u5c0d\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\uff08Human Resources, HR\uff09\u5c08\u696d\u8005\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u968e\u6bb5\u6240\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u6311\u6230\u8207\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u5be6\u52d9\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u300cHR\u65b0\u9bae\u4eba\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5802\u8ab2\u300d\u3001\u300c\u4e0d\u540c\u7522\u696d\u7684HR\u5230\u5e95\u5728\u505a\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f\u300d\u53ca\u300cHR\u4e3b\u7ba1\u4e4b\u8def\u300d\u3002\u5728\u4e3b\u984c\u5206\u4eab\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u4e16\u754c\u5496\u5561\u9928\u7684\u5713\u684c\u8a0e\u8ad6\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8077\u5834\u7d93\u9a57\u5206\u4eab\u6fc0\u76ea\u51fa\u591a\u5143\u53ca\u591a\u6a23\u8c8c\u7684\u4eba\u8cc7\u898b\u89e3\uff0c\u4e5f\u4fc3\u9032\u6821\u53cb\u4e4b\u9593\u5171\u540c\u5b78\u7fd2\u8207\u6210\u9577\u7684\u60c5\u8abc\u3002\u800c\u9019\u6b21\u4ee4\u4eba\u96e3\u5fd8\u7684\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u4e5f\u5728\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u5f7c\u6b64\u795d\u798f\u4e2d\u5713\u6eff\u843d\u5e55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
