During my internship at Worldline SA as a Talent Acquisition intern for six months, I had an incredible learning experience with recruitment strategies across various APAC countries, including Singapore, China, Malaysia, and Australia. My responsibilities included sourcing and screening candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, and assisting with administrative tasks.

One of the highlights of my internship was working closely with my supervisor to learn how to align candidates’ skills and experiences with the company’s needs. I also had the opportunity to interview many software engineers and interns, which significantly enhanced my interview strategies.

Overall, I am grateful for the opportunity to be an intern at this global French fintech company and gain insight into the payment solutions’ domain knowledge. This valuable experience has nurtured me to be a more qualified Talent Acquisition specialist in the future.
