人工智慧在人力資源與大眾傳播之應用
會議緣起
人工智慧優化軟硬體技術，正在激發各種新興應用及新商業模式的發生，也替人類未來生活與工作帶來各種想像，同時也為全球各行各業創造新機會與新挑戰。對於人力資源來說，人工智慧在未來將取代眾多人力工作，許多工作的內容和流程勢必需要重新設計，數位化時代的人工智慧也勢必影響到以資訊字元為宗的大眾傳播產業。因此，人工智慧對於人力資源與大眾傳播在未來所可能帶來的利與弊、衝擊和挑戰，不但是當代學者和專家迫切需要深思的議題，也是學術研究者需要重視的未來研究趨勢。有鑑於此，國立臺灣師範大學國際人力資源發展研究所協同大眾傳播研究所辦理「第十七屆人力資源發展國際研討會」。本次研討會主題為「人工智慧在人力資源與大眾傳播之應用」，透過學者專家演講及專題論壇形式一起交流分享人工智慧如何影響人力資源與大眾傳播產業發展之相關議題。
