During my internship at TRG International, I had the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. The HR department provided hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management, particularly in recruitment, learning and development (L&D), and HR analytics.
One of the most valuable experiences was conducting full-cycle recruitment, which included job postings, resume screening, and onboarding. I also participated in employee training needs assessments, researched training materials, and contributed to monthly HR reports. These tasks enhanced my technical skills in HR software, such as ATS and HRIS, and gave me a deeper understanding of HR metrics.
Moreover, I developed crucial human skills, including effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability. I appreciated the collaborative culture at TRG, which encouraged me to take initiative and remain resilient in a fast-paced, remote-working environment.
This internship not only strengthened my HR competencies but also provided meaningful insights into the industry. TRG’s mentorship and inclusive atmosphere made it an enriching learning journey, for which I am genuinely grateful. I am confident that the skills and knowledge gained here will positively impact my future endeavors in human resources.
