- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting technical talent in an agency or corporate setting.
- Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin Chinese fluently to engage with Chinese speaking or English speaking customers.
- Experience in building customer relationships and acting as a consultant and advisor to business leaders on recruitment.
- Experience liaising with staffing colleagues and business leaders across multiple regions; ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple customers.
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data to stakeholders; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands; exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency.
