Luckily, we are able to visit Ministry of Economic Affairs for our first institution visit of The Advanced Training Program, The Deputy Economic counselor Pan introduced the function of MOEA and the transformation of Taiwan facing industrial change for us. Gladly, the program started with such an informative visit.
