The Graduate Institute of Human Resource Development (IHRD) is a master’s degree program specializing in human resource development. Students who complete the program will receive a degree in Master of Business Administration.

The IHRD program, established in 2003, was the first English taught program in Taiwan, and enrolls both international and local students. In the past 5 years, the average international-to-local student ratio at the time of admission is 1:1. This program admits International and overseas-Chinese students through online application, and local students through two channels, namely application or admission examination.
