Curriculum Structure (all the courses are delivered in English)

The curriculum includes four tracks, (1) basic theories in research and management (2) foundations of human resource development and management (3) international capabilities, and (4) the integrated application of theories and practices.
Remarks:
- Graduation Requirement:(A) Academic thesis track: 33 credits; (P) Practical thesis track: 42 credits
- Zero credit for thesis but a requirement for graduation.
- Due to varying capacity of faculty teaching load, the elective courses listed here may not be offered in the semester you enroll. Please refer to the course schedule posted by the IHRD office before every semester for course selection.
