The Advanced Training Program heads to Port of Keelung for our institution visit. Mr. Tsai took us on the ferry ship and gave us a colorful briefing about the institution’s function, history, position, present and future vision. It also was first sail for some of the participants. We are so happy to have a both interesting and informative visit.
