The 2020 commencement of Graduate Institute of Human Resource Development was held on June 13th. Due to COVID-19, we stay strict to one graduate one relative policy. We are honorable to have Mr. Wilson, Deputy Ambassador of St. Vincent to join this ceremony. Starting with Director Dr. Chang giving all graduate a warm blessing and video from the faculty members. Then Dr. Lai, mentor of the class opens the time capsules written 2 years ago with graduates. And the main event, tassel turning, which everyone in the room is excited for. Thanks to the arrangement of first year students, we have a successful commencement again.
