We are honored to invite our alumni, Karen Lin, to share the experience of expatriation practice and the related issues. Ms. Lin entered the Garment industry after graduating from IHRD. She seized the opportunity to expatriate to Jordan under professional HR knowledge, language ability, Middle East life experience. Karen shared the real work content and environment, mentality adjustment, cross-cultural communication challenges, the pros and cons of this job, also the HR adaption for the pandemic. The speech presented the most real personal experience and responded to students’ curiosity about expatriation by several relevant photos and vivid lectures!
