We are luckily to welcome Dr. Korte from George Washington University to present a speech in our Seminar again this year. Dr. Korte gave us an overview of basic concepts and structure of what an organization is, and he combines academic theories and his experience as consultant in practice. In the second part, he mentioned about what will we face during organization changes and 8 models of change he favored. He answered questions about practice which students are curious about in the Q&A corner.
