[Announcement] Application for Graduation and Thesis defense adjustment due to Pandemic

 

  1. Application for Graduation
  • Provide approval email from advisor if you are not able to get signature.
  • Submit: Send required document (Thesis Defense Request Form) to IHRD office (melywu@ntnu.edu.tw) before 5/31 by email or in person.

 

  1. Thesis Defense
  • Provide approval email from advisor if you are not able to get signature.
  • Submit: Send required document (Preparation for Thesis Defense Form) to IHRD office (melywu@ntnu.edu.tw) two weeks before your defense by email or in person.
  • Inform Helen whether your Thesis Defense is in person or online meeting. Provide link if your Thesis Defense is in online meeting.

P.S. Must record online meeting video.

 

  1. Attendance of Proposal and Defense

For those who attend an online Proposal or Defense, provide screen shot of the meeting with Attendance of Thesis Meeting Form to the office in person or by email.
