Cheng-Chieh Allan Lu

Allan Cheng Chieh Lu is an Associate Professor and Director of IHRD. He received his Ph.D. from The Washington State University. His research interests include human resource issues in hospitality workforce, hospitality business management and marketing. He used to be a sales specialist in Capital Corp., an inventory management specialist in Smart Micro USA Corp. and a lecturer in Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China, he was awarded the 2022 NTNU Teaching Excellence Award.

Chih-Chien Steven Lai

Dr. Lai is a Professor of IHRD. He received his Ph.D. from NTNU. His research interests include human resource development, vocational education and training, technological education, and studies in training and development in orgnization. He is the Dean of College of International Studies and Social Sciences (2023-) at NTNU. He also serves as the Director of Undergraduate Program of Global Studies (PGS) at NTNU, as well as the Chairman of Association for Cross-culture Training in Taiwan (ACT, 2023-). Additionally, Dr. Lai served as Associate Vice President for Student Affairs (2018-2021) at NTNU.

Wei-Wen Vera Chang

Wei-Wen Vera Chang is a Professor of IHRD. She received her Ph.D. from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research interests include intercultural psychology, adult learning, and human resource development. She received NTNU's Awards of Distinguished Service in 2017 and served as Research and Development Committee member of the Examination Yuan

Chu-Chen Rosa Yeh

Chu-Chen Rosa Yeh is an Associate Professor of IHRD. She received her Ph.D. from National Sun Yat-sen University. Her research interests include general management, organizational behavior and technology in education & management. She was awarded the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Grant (2004-2005) to study at Purdue University, USA, and has received numerous accolades since joining IHRD, such as NTNU’s Award for Distinction in Teaching (2013, 2014, 2019) and the Distinguished Talent Award (2016-2021, 2024). Prior to joining academia, she worked at managerial level for 15 years in a wide variety of industries in USA and in Taiwan.

Yi-Chun Jane Lin

Yi-Chun Jane Lin is an associate professor at IHRD and Associate Vice President for Students Affairs, Director of Career Center. She earned her Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from The Ohio State University. Her research interests include human resource development, training design in business and industry, employee career management and consultation, and performance management. She received the NTNU Distinguished Talent Award (2019, 2021-2023) and the Senior Research Fulbright Grant as a visiting scholar at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (2019-2020). She also served on the National Audit Office-Commission’s Advisory Committee on Education and Training (2022-2026), as well as the Taipei City Foreign and Disabled Labor Office's Employment Policy Advisory Committee for Disabled Workforce (2023-2025).

Yu-Ling Abby Chang

Yu-Ling Abby Chang is an Assistant Professor of IHRD. She received her Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from The Pennsylvania State University. Her research interests include human resource technology and data analysis, human resources development, organizational development and career development. She was awarded the 2024 ATD Dissertation Award and 2023 AHRD Esworthy Malcolm S. Knowles Dissertation of the Year Award.
