I start my internship in July 2024 at Volkswagen Group Taiwan, Training Academy, as Training Support. I am responsible for the training plan and implementation support, academy operation optimization, and introduction of new training materials.
As an IHRD student, I recommend everyone who lacks practical experience should find an internship to challenge themselves. Not only to make sure you like the Occupation of being an HR, but also to learn more details in designing plans, implementing, and trying to fail twice or third to earn precious experience to face fear and failures since you are still a student who will be tolerance more to be “not perfect.”
I chose this company because I’m obsessed with motor vehicles if I’m able to be a trainer one day in the car industry to help the company maintain the great product better. The customer will love the product more if there’s satisfied after-sales support. This is kind of my dream. Despite that, I’m still looking for my meaning in working. There’s no perfect plan for you right now to know what to do, and who you are. What you can do is dare to challenge new opportunities once you encounter one. Being a part of Volkswagen, I’m more confident in facing new challenges in the future.
